Meals - Breakfasts in Yangon, three meals daily including coffee, tea, sodas or beer in Myanmar outside of Yangon. Breakfast at Marriott Riverside Resort in Bangkok.

Transportation - Flights: Los Angeles/Bangkok; Yangon/Mandalay; Heho/Yangon; Yangon/Bangkok, Bangkok/Los Angeles. Land transportation, transfers and sightseeing in air conditioned vehicles as indicated in itinerary.

Sightseeing - Services of English speaking guide throughout Myanmar. Sightseeing tours, including entrance fees as described in the itinerary are included.

Visas - The cost of the Myanmar visa is included.

  
  Not Included in the Tour Cost:   
  Costs of obtaining passports(s), any inoculations, foreign airport departure taxes, (currently $10 for Myanmar and about $12 for Thailand), excess baggage costs, personal insurance, gratuities to drivers and guides, services not specifically indicated in the itinerary, all personal items such as sundries, telephone calls, laundry, room services and beverages (other than coffee and tea with meals).   
  Deposits and Final Payments:   
  $300 deposit is due with your booking. The balance is due January 18. Payments are by check only.   
  Cancellations:    
  All cancellations must be received in writing. For cancellations received prior to 60 days before departure, deposits are refundable less a $100.00 per person administration fee. Cancellations received within 45 days prior to departure will result in the following fees:45-31 days$300.00; 30 to 15 days, 50% of the land cost and less than 15 days 100% of the land cost. Airfares may involve additional penalties. CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
   
  Airfare and Airline Ticketing:    
  The trans-Pacific airfare is based on specially negotiated economy class fare on Thai International Airlines from Los Angeles - connecting airfare from other gateways is available at additional cost. This fare requires that all tour members using the group fare depart Los Angeles together but may vary their date of return and Asian gateway. Business Class upgrade between Los Angeles and Bangkok is available for an additional $500 each way using a special upgradeable fare. Those wishing not to use the group airfare will receive a credit of $750.00, but will be responsible for flights to and from Yangon plus any additional hotel expense. In-country air travel is based on special negotiated airfares which require that reservations and ticketing be done by the Myanmar tour operator and cannot be issued separately.
   
  Documentation:   
  A passport is required, valid for 6 months beyond your tour departure date. A visa is required for Myanmar.   
  Health Advisories:    
  Presently, no inoculations are required for travel to Myanmar. There are recommended inoculations such as Polio, Hepatitis, Typhoid and Malaria. Altitude may be a concern to some travelers. Please consult your physician for your specific needs. Further information can be obtained from the U.S. Public Health Quarantine Station, Los Angeles at 310-215-2365, and/or the Center for Disease Control at 404-639-2572.   
  Responsibilities:   
  Valet Travel and its staff (hereafter referred to as the "Tour Operator") acts only as agent for the owners and/or contractors providing means of transportation, accommodations, and/or other services described in the itinerary. All tickets, exchange orders, and/or vouchers or other travel documents issued for tour services are subject to any and all conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodations and/or other services are offered or provided and to current tariffs, terms and conditions under which the services are provided, and by the laws of the countries in which the services are provided, and by the laws of the countries in which services are rendered. By the acceptance of vouchers, contracts and tickets the participant agrees to the forgoing and also agrees that the Tour Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way whatsoever in connection with any loss, injury, and/or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to wildlife areas, the sea, by fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, government or other authorities, actual or intended wars (whether declared or not), hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, criminal activity, health quarantines, medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellation of or changes in itinerary, over-booking of accommodations or any causes beyond the control of the Tour Operator, or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visa or other documents, and that the Tour Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by participants as a result of any of the forgoing causes.

The Tour Operator reserves the right, at any time, to make alterations or substitutions in the itinerary deemed necessary and desirable; to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time; to pass on to tour members any expenditures occasioned by delays or events beyond its control; to make adjustments to rates, as necessary, at any time, in case of variations in the costs of service provided in the tour. The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel services at any time prior to departure, in which case a full refund will constitute full settlement to the participant. The Tour Operator is not responsible nor liable for defaults of those not directly under its control. The issuance and acceptance of tour documents by the participant shall be deemed consent to all of the above.
